The Rat River Health Council 2008′s Board Members represent the interests of the region. Members come from the following organizations:
- Chalet Malouin Seniors’ Residence in St. Malo
- De Salaberry District Health Centre Foundation
- Manoir St-Pierre
- RM of De Salaberry – Councillor
- St. Malo Chamber of Commerce
- St-Pierre Medical Clinic
- St-Pierre-Jolys Chamber of Commerce
- Village of St-Pierre-Jolys – Councillor
Two members represent the region at-large:
- Region south of Hwy 23
- Region north of Hwy 23
The following are special advisors to the Council:
- Director of Heatlh Services – De Salaberry District Health Centre
The Council meets on a monthly basis and holds public annual meetings.
