Congratulations to the Crow Wing Trail Farm Women’s Institute!

To celebrate their 25^th Anniversary, members of the Crow Wing Trail Farm Women’s Institute unveiled the Brick by Brick banner at the De Salaberry District Health Centre on June 11^th, 2014. Community members from the area will remember the campaign that culminated in close to 600 people filling the local hall to show their support for a new hospital. The group hopes the banner will serve as a reminder of how goals can be achieved though perseverance and community support. Take the time to visit the banner! Maybe you will find your name?

The Rat River Health Council has narrow ties with this group as it is through their efforts that the Council saw its beginnings in 1994. Shelley Curé and Murielle Bugera were founding members.
